What is Auction Scout?
Auction Scout is AuctionEye's built-in lot search tool. Instead of bouncing between Copart, IAAI, Manheim, ADESA and other sites separately, you search them all at once — filtering by damage type, title status, auction house, and state. When you spot a lot worth analyzing, hit Analyze and your full verdict loads immediately.
Do I need a dealer license to use the brokerage?
No. That's the whole point. Most US auctions — Copart, IAAI, Manheim, ADESA and others — require a dealer license to bid on their inventory. We hold a valid US auto dealer license and bid on your behalf. The car is titled to you at the end.
Where does the vehicle data come from?
Specs from the NHTSA vPIC database — the official US government source. Title history from NMVTIS, the national motor vehicle title information system, via our authorized provider. Market values from a cascade of dealer data sources (MarketCheck, KBB, Edmunds).
Do you really ship to Latin America?
Yes. We operate out of the US and regularly handle exports to Colombia, Dominican Republic, Panama, Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Chile, and 10+ more countries. Full service in Spanish via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Export pricing varies by destination port, vehicle size, and carrier — our team quotes every shipment individually.
What's the cheapest way to try it?
Pay-per-report at $7.99 — one VIN, full report, no subscription, no commitment. If you plan to analyze more than 3 a month, Basic ($19.99/mo for 10 reports) is cheaper. Cancel anytime.
How does the brokerage commission work?
Flat per car, no percentage. Non-members pay $500, AuctionEye members pay less ($400/$325/$250 depending on plan). Deposit terms are agreed one-on-one with our team before any bid is placed — we never ask for money through a form or landing page. Auction fees, transport, and export costs are pass-through at cost.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime from your Dashboard. No fees, no hoops. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use AuctionEye without ever using your brokerage?
Absolutely. The reports and Scout work as a standalone SaaS — for flippers with their own dealer license, that's the whole point. The brokerage is there when you need it, not required.
